    HI,

ok, i’m new to this 3d malarky so excuse my lack of knowledge! I am used to drawing 3d objects in CAD and have then exported them and taken them into something like studio max. However i decided it was time to ditch my old and pretty crappy PC and learn a 3D package properly on my mac and have settled on Cinema 4D. However i am immeadiately stumped as how to draw as accuratly as i can in 3D CAD…is it possible, if so how?

any insight knowledge and/or advice on this would be grand!

    Cheers all

I’m afraid Cinema doesn’t have type of drawing tools you’re accustomed to in your CAD package. You might want to import your CAD drawings as .ai or .eps files.
