Accidentally shot interlaced video
So I had a two camera shoot, one that shot 1080 29.97fps progressive, and I found out the other camera shot 1080 29.97 i. This footage is really flickery when there’s literally any sort of motion. I’m not really sure what to do- is it just unusable footage? I was shocked how twitchy it looked. I also know very little about interlaced vs. progressive video in general

Tasha… bring your video into compressor or adobe media encoder and export as a progressive file… 1080p or 720p. that will convert it to progressive rather than interlaced format. preferably prorez 422
