  • Accidentally cleared my Compressor History pane. Can I get my History back?

I’ve been doing a bunch of compression tests, and I’ve really been relying on the Compressor history pane to keep a log of what I’ve been doing. I do keep “recipe” notes (in a text doc), but I also lean on using History to help me sort things out, because as you know, Compressor makes a record in History each time you send a new compression batch.

Anyway, I selected one log note in the History to delete — hit “clear” — and poof, I lost months of data that was being tracked in the History log. I didn’t realize that “clear” means goodbye to each and every entry that Compressor had made in History.

Does anyone know where I can find the file that the History is written to, or how I can recover the History log?

Thanks, and meanwhile, I think I’ll just step out back and shoot myself.
