Just got back footage from F5 with a standard REC-709 LUT included (SONY-S3C 1.SLog3-SG3 Cine to LC-709).

I have ingested this footage on one machine and have complete control over the LUT. Either using it or removing it where necessary through the source settings window and by refreshing sequences etc…

I then wanted to view this material in a different room and the LUT does not show or exist on the other CPU. The S3C LUT set does not even exist in the drop down within source settings. Why would this be? One machine is 7.0.3 and the ingest is at 7.0.4 but i doubt that has any relevance.

    Help please!

    Thanks,
    -Jon

Here is a blog I wrote on making LUTs available to all projects:
    https://24p.com/wordpress/?p=178

In 8.x, they added the ability to import a LUT into a project and have all projects access. In the v7.x world, they are only in that project’s LUT folder. You can pull it out of there and apply to the folder as described in the blog for all projects on that system to have access.
