Accessing .iel update files
I have installed PI SE onto my new computer and it opens ok.
However, the big list of update files—Alan_00_03.iel and etc which came up for downloading when I opened do not seem accessable in PI?Could you please confirm where they should be located and the proceedure to access.
(They don’t access if put into the Emitter Libraries folder)

It’s not clear if you know this or not, but only one library can be loaded at a time. This video covers it:
