    Hi there, guys.
    I hope someone can help?

I need to add a bunch of clips into a group that was created on another timeline (but within the same project).
Thus, I need to select the specific group to be the active one, in order to add the newly selected clips to that group.

However, is there a way that I can see a list of groups to make it active without having to load up the previous timeline, selecting a clip in the group I want, then switching to the new timeline, selecting new clips and then adding them…?
I want to work with the lightbox view to quickly select interview shots from the same angle at a glance at their thumbnail and group them together quickly.

    BG notes:
    1. I’m grading flattened footage. So all local grades.
    2. Multiple scenes for the feature is imported as EDL applied cuts, scene by scene, not one continuous timeline.

Just a FYI if anyone else runs into the same question.

Solved: The list of groups DO show up when viewing them from the Right Click context menu. – Even if the previous timeline is not selected. So by the looks of it:
Clip Groups are Project wide. Not just Timeline wide.

    So that solves it.
