    Hello everybody,

So I’m making my first foray into 5.1 encoding. It’s a personal project, and I received the 6 discreet stems from my sound vendor. I purchased the AC3 encoder license for Adobe CS5 and I’ve now encoded the file. Does anybody know of a software analysis tool which will show me my 6 encoded channels either as waveforms or in some other fashion? I’d like to look at this thing and see if it ‘looks’ right. I know at the vendor there was an audio vector scope thingy which showed all six channels and you could see the lights flashing toward the L,C,R,Lfe,LS and Rs vectors. Anything like that availabe in software?

Mostly for curiosity sake, I guess. But curious I am.

    Thanks in advance.

    Chris
