    Hi
    i want to buy a pc for editing and after effects , 3ds max

    is this fine?

    is vga enough?

    That rig will work just fine. You can, after all, use After Effects on a wimpy laptop if needed.

    As for the graphics card, AE doesn’t really take much advantage of your graphics card anyway so anything will do.
