about HMX-T10 and AE
Hello everyone,
I’m planning to buy a samsung camcorder hmx-t10,
on their site they say “Recording Format H.264”.So my question is: will I be able to import movies I record with ease into after effects? I’m asking this because I’ve heard users got problems with h.264 for incomplete information on every frame or something like this..
I’m a totally noob to AE and to recording in general, so I wouldn’t like to buy something that I will not be completely able to use later on.Thanks in advance!!! Flavio

long story short, CS5 importing h.264=good to go
older AE =transcoding to an intraframe codec, eg. quicktime png, image sequences, prores using streamclip, super etc.https://technicolorsoftware.hostzi.com/
