I use AAF to move media from Avid symphony to Resolve and what I find is resolve will recognize original footage proper tc drop/or non drop but if the timeline is DF the rendered footage will be all DF. So the NDF clips will not relink.

This is really a big problem for me.

    Am I missing something?

    Thanks.

    Hi Tal,

Resolve maintains the conform frame rate for all renders when the mixed frame rate flag is not checked.

You could try setting that flag (Handle Mixed Frame Rate material in Project settings) before importing your AAF. This will maintain the DF/NDF of the source clip (as well as source frame rate).

    Thanks,
    Anish
