AAE: From PC to Mac
Hey I have a question that needs to be answered and I have had terrible luck with Adobe’s customer support.
I have the Adobe CS3 Master Collection for the PC. However, I need to switch it to the Mac version. Do I have to purchase the mac version? Or can I download the Mac version online and then use the same serial key?
Any help would be great.

In the past Adobe has allowed you to switch platforms for a nominal administration fee.
You require a new serial number and license for the new platform and forsake the license to the old platform.
Since CS4 is the current version, I’m not certain they’d allow a platform switch without an upgrade as well.
Call the Adobe store, they are the *only* ones who can help you.
