  AAC audio import locks up Premiere

  Working on PPro CS6 Windows 7…Trying to import some AAC audio that I just recently exported from Premiere. Importing file locks up Premiere every time. I’ve tried moving the file location – no difference. Is my only option to convert this to a WAV or MP3 file?
