I’m working on an internship project where part of my job is going to involve taking a large picture and cropping it into 20 separate, identically sized pieces, and saving each piece as a separate JPG file to be used as buttons for a menu. I’m just working on the demo now, but I’ll likely be doing this for a lot of clients in the future.

I’ve already got a preset template PSD file with the proportions for the main file already built in for resizing and the locations of the crops marked with ruler lines, but is there a faster way I’m just not thinking of?

Even if I’m not still on this internship when it is fully up and running I’d really like to have some faster method available to whoever I leave this task to.
