Map FF and REW to the A and S keys.

the only thing is i know this two buttons as jumping to any cut and not only the marked track cuts.
is this what u were talking about?(sorry for my language …)

FF and REW behavior is determined by your Composer settings.
If you have FF/REW Ignore Track Selectors turned on, then FF and REW will jump to the next edit without regard for what track(s) are active.
If Ignore Track Selectors is turned off, then FF/REW will jump to the next edit on the active track(s).
