  • A Question of Splines…

I have a multi faceted spline that I wont to grow from a central point. I drew all the splines seperatly, the selected them all and connected them. I put it in a sweep nurb with a circle spine, and it looks ok. But when I animate it, (making the sweep nurb end growth from 0 to 100) it grows simulaneously from different points in the spline. Imagine , if you will, I have drawn a tree shape with lots of branches from a spline, and then want it to grow from the ground up. At the moment, its growng not only from the ground, but from all the branches as well. Can I assign the points or something?
    I hope I made sense…
    thanks in advance (again)

Select all the splines in the Object Manager, right-click and choose “Connect and delete”

that will make a new spline of them all and delete the old ones. I just tried that to be sure and it worked fine.

I aligned the ‘ends’ close together and then did the above.
