A pastel drawn style effect to video?
Hi, this is my first time posting so sorry if I’m not doing things right.
I’m relatively new to AE and I’m wanting to add a certain effect to my short film – is it doable in AE or do I have to export it into PS and manually draw every frame on? I was hoping that there would be a combination of effects/plug-in that could help me get there roughly, even if I manually touch up certain elements…
Attached is picture of the direction I’m heading towards.

I think you are going to want to use Mocha/Shape Layers to do what you need to do.
