A new short project
A few weeks ago, I was asking a lot of questions here while working on a new project that used a new editing technique where a chromakeyed figure moves quickly around the screen. I used HDV cameras and files for the first time and had to figure out how all that works.
The video is live now and I thought people on this forum might like to see it. I’m especially pleased with the quality of the Flash progrressive download. I rendered as an .avi then imported into flash to create the .flv file. It looks better than any streaming format I’ve been able to do.

The flash does look very good.
The only suggestion I would have is to add a music bed to the narrative. It sounds a bit dry.

Thank you for explaining your technique to convert to Flash. I have not done anything in a flash format but I have certainly seen videos on U-Tube that look terrible. Obviously some people know how to apply the technology and some don’t. I thought your video looked great.
