    Hello,

    Is it possible to apply a mask to a SPECIFIC layer that don’t move with the layer movments and do not affect other layers, and all of this, without pre-composing?

    HELP!

    Yes. Create a solid, add the layer mask to this solid, and then use this solid as a track matte to the layer that you are animating.
