So I got the Polaroid Cube+ a while back in December and I’ve been trying to edit videos I’ve recorded using it in Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2017. Every time I import videos that I’ve recorded using the Cube+ (they are .mov files), I get an error message saying “A low-level exception occurred in: ImporterMPEG (Importer:25)”, and I have no idea what this means or how to try to go about fixing it!

I’ve already read in other forums that changing the video codec to something like QuickTime/ProRes 422 works and that hasn’t solved the problem for me. Is it my camera? The file? Or is it the video codec I’m choosing in the sequence settings?

Does anybody know how to solve this issue? I have videos I need to shoot next week and edit, but I can’t if the files don’t work in Premiere!
