a little bit of script needed
Hi there,
I’m making a html form for an online competition with fields for name, answer and email. I want to keep this simple with a mailto link when they click submit that sends their name and answers to an email address. Is there a bit of script I could use to stop a person entering from the same email address more than once and where would I put this?

sorry – when you say “more than once” – do you mean over time stopping people from signing up more than once? or during the single visit?
