A frequency analyzer for After Effects CS4 audio(Trapcode Form)?…
Ok, So I have the Adobe Master Collection…
I am trying to use the Audio React inside Trapcode Form for After Effects CS4…
The only thing is, I’m not sure which frequencies I want it to respond to in my Audio track, what is the best (or easiest) way to view the frequencies in my audio (even if I have to go outside AE to do so) so I can determine which would be the best to use?

Viewing playback via a graphic equalizer should give you a visual breakdown of the various frequencies. Is this what you mean?

Well, a graphic equalizer allows you to adjust specific frequencies, but which ones will also show the frequencies are being used in a particular song graphically ie- so I can watch the song being played and go, oh, the chorus (instrumental)seems to be using these particular frequencies, so I can set Form to react to frequencies in this range, etc.

AE has a built-in effect called “Audio Spectrum” that might be helpful to you.
