“adjust size and quality for optimal playback”
Is disabled, and I can’t check or uncheck itWhat is wrong ??
(I tried all the options (draft full, auto, preview etc.) the button is disabled no mater what !

You must first enable Scale Video to Fit Preview Window and then Adjust Size and Quality for Optimal Playback will become enabled.

The logic that you can’t adjust the size for optimal quality unless you are scaling the size to begin with. Otherwise it just displays at a fixed size.
