    A border problem

    I have a smaller video frame placed flush right/bottom within a larger, full-frame video. When I try to apply a border to the smaller video using the Border FX I get:

    –for solid: the border is around the larger, full-frame picture
    –for beveled: the border is around the right and bottom edges of the smaller video, but not the left and top edges

    What I would like is for the beveled or solid frame to surround the smaller frame.

    What am I missing here?

    In the Border FX window, click the little arrow (Pre/Post Toggle) next to the word “Border” beside the timeline.
    Clicking it so that it points left instead of right will have the border (or any other FX) track the new size.
