    No, not in Vegas but VirtualDub has a deflicker filter that works great and VirtuaDub is free.

    Thanks John…I just found that….the video doesn’t seem to play right though…it’s kinda stuttering…any suggestions?

    Does it not play right after it’s rendered out of VirtualDub? Even though it might not play smooth in VDub it should play fine once rendered.
