Any info you can give me would help. I am on 2.6.3 on an HP 8200 workstation with a 3.4 ghz xeon and 2 gig of ram

    Thanks in advance.

When you got to capture and you select a resolution, select 1:1 10b for SD 10 bit or DNxHD 220x for HD.

The Only Selection I have is 1:1. There is no selection for 10 or 8 bit. Do I need the DNXL card to get this ption?

Do you have to be using MXF to get the 10 bit, and if you do…
Are there any drawbacks to using MXF?

No drawbacks to MXF, that may be the case for why you are not seeing it.
