720p60 at 60 frames to 24p in timeline

Use Film Mode to overcrank.

Take your time and RTFM. You will learn a lot faster than asking questions on this forum.

With the footage you have now, bring that into your NLE and use speed control to slow it down. Keep your sequence setting at 720p60.

sorry for the late jump in.
interested in how the slowmo came out?
did you use cinema tools?
I do a lot of filming with skiing at 60fps for over cranking, and use cinema tools for slowing. that has been great. sometimes I need to slow down more and I am using twixtor.

Any thoughts?

I would have liked to see less blur in the butterflies wings when the butterflies take to the air. However, in order to capture that I probably would have needed to overcrank more than 60p or perhaps used a faster shutter?

BTW I thought Steve’s response was rude and uncalled for. Did you convert all the footage to 23.976 or did you drop some 59.94 fps footage directly into the 23.976 time line?
I am running some test time lines that mix, several frame rates, but always interested in what others are experiencing
