  720p jagged edges?

  I’m trying to make a DVD from a DVCPRO HD 720p 23.98 timeline in DVD studio pro and the DVDs look terrible. Footage was shot 720p 23.98 on an HPX170. Basically the footage has jagged edges…

  I’m outputting thru compressor in one of their best quality settings.

  I’m just wondering if there’s anything I can do to make it look good.

  A friend of mine loads the sequence into a DVCPRO 50 timeline in FCP and outputs thru compressor from there and that seems to lessen the jaggedness of the image… I just figured there has to be a way to do it directly from my timeline.

  Any suggestions? Has anyone experienced this before?
