    Hi,

    When making a new Comp in AE I’m using 720 x 480 for DV NTSC. But the Kona card going to the production monitor reads 720 x 486.

    Is the Kona card altering the frame size for TV display?

    yes ….to compansate under / overscan there are three pixel lines above and below, onold NTSC moniters 720×486 is where you should be at . so your good…
