  720 x 480 DV UP Conversion Frame Size Issue

  On an older project we took our DV footage and up-converted to 8 Bit NTSC Uncompressed, only for some reason when the editors did their conversion we ended up with a 720×480 frame. From here we did our post.

  When printing to tape, we assembled the segments into a new timeline that was set to AJA Kona2 – NTSC 8 Bit Uncompressed Easy Setting which used a frame of 720 x 486 which caused issues when laying off to the D-Beta.

  Can anyone suggest the proper means of handling this for delivery for NTSC and Int’l where they will do PAL conversions?
