60p to 24p slo mo
I have been using a Panasonic AG-HCM 150 and have seen tons of videos on YouTube about shooting 60p and then editing at 24p to give it a slow motion look. Does Movie Studio HD11 allow me to do that?

No, you adjust the Playback rate on the event.

Set Playback Rate to 0.4 to slow down 60fps footage to get perfectly smooth 40% slow-motion in a 24fps project. Finally, don’t forget to increase the length of your video event.
