Hey all! I found this great thread which explained some useful information regarding slo-mo and the use of 60fps.

However, I was wondering, how do I actually upload footage done at slow motion 60fps 1/1000 shutter speed on the likes of Vimeo etc. As far as I’m aware, they cap footage at 30? Does anyone have any good workflow tips for getting 60fps online with good quality? Thanks a lot!

    I use a Canon 700D, and Adobe Premiere 🙂

If you want it to play as slow motion, then you want it to play back at 30fps. If it plays back at 60fps then it’ll be realtime and not slow. If it plays at 30fps then it’ll be 50% slower.

If you shoot at at 60fps (or 120, 240, whatever) you want the video to be 30fps (or 24fps). when you import it into Premiere it should come in as 30fps. If it doesn’t, you can go to ‘Interpret Footage…’ and tell it that it should be 30fps (or 29.97).
