  6.02 not opening some files

  I have just had a batch of pre 6.02 fcp projects not open in fcp 6.02 on 10.5.1.
  They open ok in 6.01 in 10.4.10
  The strange thing is I have had older projects open ok and it just ask me if I want to update them from fcp v5 and v6, has anyone come across this and is there a work around?
