    Hey all,

This is hopefully a very simple question….

So I have a bunch of 60fps 3D renders that are composited in a bunch of 60fps AE comps. Right now those 60fps comps are used and put into an edit that is 30fps. These 60fps comps (within a 30fps) are then retimed but are not streched more than 150%. The question is, how is AE dealing with those frames? I have one or two shots where there is a slow pan on high contrast items, therefore I am getting the dreaded stutter. I figured if the 30fps comp was using 60fps comps that it would intelligent enough to do the retime without having to resort to frameblending or pixelmotion. Should I be working in 60fps across the board and then render 30fps with fields at the end? I hope I am making sense and one of you geniuses out there can make some suggestions. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    TIA,

    Rich
