  60 fps capture on DeckLink HD Pro PCI-X™ with Premiere Pro 2

  Hi
  I m using DeckLink HD Pro PCI-X™ with Adobe Premiere Pro 2 and i am trying to capture from AJ-HD1400 VTR . i m not using fire wire But HD output …and i m trying to capture a 60fps footage ..and my final output would be on a Beta Digital tape ..So SDI out
  can anyone Help me please please with this Frame rate issue ..because i m not familiar with it
