    hi,

how can i export a 6 channel audio quicktime?

the export to QT window does not allow me to do so ( only mono or stereo is available.
    All the other choices 4.1 , 5.1 , e.t.c are dimmed ).

is there any pluging needed ?

    i use FCP2 , QT 7.5

    Regards

Look in the Sequence Setting> Audio Output.

    thank you rafael,

but it is not an issue of listening 6 audio channels thru the audio card ( something that it is easy to do using FCP )

it is about creating a 6 channel QT FILE something i cannot do yet

    regards

    Hi
As Rafael suggests, set yourself up with a 6-channel Sequence, assign each track on the timeline to a different channel, make sure that FCP’s Audio Mixer isn’t set to down-mix to stereo, then Export a QuickTime movie.
    This should include multi-channel audio.
