5D workflows and such
Hi ALL
Just got a new 5D and I am excited. I have barely got it out of the box and a project came up (good thing), but I have not tested workflow. Has anyone used the zoom audio recorder with pluraleyez? And Anyone Used the Canon software for import?Any advice or thoughts on workflow for a first-timer? Any Pitfalls to beware of. I will be editing in The latest FCP studio.

We did not use a zoom audio, but two 5Ds, one HG21 and one Sony EX-1 and PluralEyes just synced fine, even sorted the clips in time (but that took a while). Only two short clips out of more than 200 were not synced and needed our hands.
The free Canon Importer works, but Grinder is much faster if you have a few cores.
