  5D mk iii to IDX P-V2 power- Error 20?

  Hey guys.

  I have an IDX Endura-H9 lithium brick (https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/632842-REG/IDX_E_HL9S_E_HL9S_Lithium_Ion_V_Mount.html)

  IDX p-V2 mounting plate (https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/538206-REG/IDX_P_V2_P_V2_V_Mount_Camera_Plate.html)

  And a IDX DC-DC Cable )https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/730595-REG/IDX_C_EOSC_DC_DC_Cable_for_Canon.html)

  However when I turn on my 5D mk iii I get an Error 20 and the shutter keeps opening and closing rapidly. Am I doing something wrong here? Why can’t I run power to the brick?
