    Hi there,

A while ago I came across a lens mod which racked the focus on a gradient across the field of view of the camera in a similar way to the example posted here. Although, now I can’t find it anywhere.

Does anyone know where a mod which achieves these results can be found?

    Many thanks,
    Jack

    That’s interesting… wouldn’t that just be a post-production effect?
I’m sure you’d have to achieve a tilt in the glass of the lens… potentially disastrous?

Most definitly a post production effect. Quite easy to achieve in After Effects. Animate some blur-effect (maybe field-blur) with a moving mask or b/w gradient. Something like that…

    Don’t think they used a tilt-shift lens.
