  5D disappearing audio

  Hey all,
  I just shot some footage with an Audiotechnica shotgun mic plugged into the audio port on my 5D.
  Levels set to auto. When I play back, I can’t hear it, but when I bring it into FCP it sounds fine. So I edit, and post it to Vimeo, only to find out that I can’t hear the audio on the computer’s built in speakers? But when I connect my speakers I can hear it fine?????? Any ideas?
