  59.94 to 29.97 – stuttering playback

  I have DVC PRO HD footage shot at 59.94 and I am dropping it in an uncompressed 10-bit NTSC sequence. The playback is unbearable. I can’t seem to figure out how to get this to render properly. I took it into After Effects as well, and got the same result. Is there a work around for this?
