59.94 frame rate
I received some footage on drive from a previous shoot. 1280×720 uncompressed running a 59.94. I now have it in a ProRes 422 sequence running at the same frame rate. I added some graphics from AE at the same rate.
I want to make sure I am okay staying at this frame rate for output. This will end up as a 720×480 QT or WMV for broadcast on a closed circuit system. Is the frame rate an issue? should I convert to 29.97 and how would I do that?

Stay in 59.94 that is the correct frame rate for 720.
When you convert to SD you will be able to create a clean 29.97 timeline from that HD original.
