    Hello all,
I’ve got a small query as to what’s happening with the aforementioned plug-in. I am applying said plug-in to a clip and trying to shed some light on the scene, in more ways than one! When I choose one of the Gamcolor preset patterns nothing seems to happen, I have located the folder with the presets in within the Application Support>Plug-Ins folder, so I know they are there. I have even been following the tutorial that I downloaded along with the manual. That’s where I’m a bit stuck, the first line is apply filter, yeah O.K. Next line is create a Matte, change the view settings to Matte. Well that’s where it all falls over, there doesn’t seem to be a selection possible for that! You can view Output, Original, Shape or Selection, the last two just display black when selected. I think I’ve exhausted every avenue so if anyone knows anything I’m missing please enLIGHT!en me…

    thanks,
    Enge

Do any of the other 55mm plug ins work? What are your system specs? What version of 55mm do you have? Is it licenced? version 5 and 6 do not have create Matte option.

    Hi Steve,
yep, everything else works, I’m running V.6 of the DFT 55mm. It’s just a bit odd that it’s not finding the Gamcolor patterns.
