  5.1 ac3 import creates what sounds like time code noise

  I exported a 5.1 ac3 file encoded with the SurCode Premier Pro plug-in but when it gets imported into Encore, it sounds like ‘audible time code hash.’ Thinking encore could not play the 5.1 ac3, I actually burned a disc but that same awful ‘time code’ like noise is on the DVD.

  Is there another way I can check that the Premier Pro ac3 encode is not the source of the problem?
