50 frames instead of 25
I’m shooting on the Panasonic HVX 202 (in Australia). I’m shooting 720x25p, but it comes out as 50 frames per second. I’ve also made sure that the frame rate in recording setup is set to 25, but it still comes out as 50. Are there any other settings I may have overlooked?

Yes, choose menu 5, recording setup -> 720/25pN.

I found out that there is a setting in FCP called “remove duplicate frames” when importing P2 footage. This has solved the problem.
