So in the 6 tracks I have for exporting 5.1, I need to send the music to both LF and RF. I have only one mixed down music file so do I copy this file and place on two tracks pointing each one to the LF and RF respectively. The dialogue Im sending to the front center and then the same question applies I have if sending the effects to both rear speakers.

To send music to both low and high frequencies, you can use frequency separation using an equalizer. Set one track for bass and the other for treble. In the equalizer, adjust the frequencies so that one track transmits low frequencies and the other transmits high frequencies. This will allow you to distribute your music to the desired channels in 5.1 format.

As for sending effects to both rear speakers, you can use the same principle: create two effects tracks and adjust the audio distribution so that both rear speakers receive the desired sound effects.
