Hey there, looking for some answers to some 4K workflow issues. I’m brand new to using 4K footage and also Creative Cow, so I apologize if I am posting in a wrong thread.

To start we are using Adobe Creative Cloud on PC.

I want to be able to stitch together 4K clips in Prelude (from interview footage that was subdivided in camera). But you cannot stitch clips without transcoding. Which file format would be best to transcode to retain the 4K resolution without downscaling to 1080P?

The 4K footage is coming from Panasonic GH4’s.

If we are going to export a 4K project for final 4K Output which preset would be best in Adobe Media Encoder?

    Thanks in advance!
