4k Video for viewing on Tv
What settings or render settings are best for a PAL 4k video footage so that I can view it on my 4k Tv, all the ones I have found are just for youtube, but I want a file so that I can view it on my tv through a usb stick/drive. I am using Sony Vegas Pro 13.

You need to ask your TV manufacturer what formats they accept on USB stick. There really is no standard for TV viewing via USB stick and every TV manufacturer is different.
