June 13, 2014 at 4:09 pmYouTube has their own Wiki/FAQ that should list what they prefer for 4k uploads. Personally I think it’s a waste of time since nobody owns 4k computer displays (well, nobody that I know of).

June 13, 2014 at 9:00 pmSony just came out with this that may be helpful, though I agree with Dave. Not many people have 4K monitors, and even then, there’s not that much benefit to the increased resolution that you couldn’t get by downsampling to 1080p.
