I’m new to resolve and am trying to figure out how to work with 48 FPS footage. I create a timeline that’s 24 FPS and when I drop in the shots that I want into the timeline, it’s playing at 24 FPS. Do i have to change playback framerate as well to have these clips play slow?

I am also getting a 24 FPS result on exporting, and am looking to preserve the original frame rate.

Highlight the clips in the Edit page or the Media page. Right click and choose Clip Attributes. Change the run time to 24fps (or 23.976, whatever your timeline is). You should now see 1/2-speed slo-mo from these clips in the timeline.

This is covered in the 12.5 manual, page 206.
