    Hello,

I’ve shot some web content for a client who is now looking to run TV spots in the U.S. I’ve been given the tech specs for delivery and struggling to find out how to get the required constant bit rate of 45mbps. I’m cutting with FCPX and would normally use compressor but the MPEG-2 transport stream settings don’t seem to allow the correct format. Is this possible? Any help or guidance with this would be hugely appreciated. ☺ Tech specs below:

Video Bit Rate 45 Mbps- Constant
    Frame Rate 29.97 (1080i), 23.98 (1080p), 59.94 (720p)
    GOP Long GOP

    Width/Height 1920×1080 (1080i) or 1920×1080 (1080p) or1280x720 (720p)
    Chroma 4:2:2
    Interlacing 1080i *Upper/top field first or 1080p
    (Progressive) or 720p (Progressive)

    Audio Type PCM or MPG

I had been using Telestream Episode for this. It’s EOL though.
Compressor gets you most of the way but I think the max bit rate is 40mbps.
